Dominic Barton, Global Managing Director, McKinsey & Co
Dominic Barton is the Global Managing Director of McKinsey & Company. In his 25 years with the firm, Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries but his core area of work is in financial sector development and reform. Prior to his current role, Dominic was McKinsey's Chairman of Asia from 2004-2009, and he led the Korea office from 2000-2004.

Dominic is an active participant in many international fora including Davos, Les Rencontres Economiques d'Aix-en-Provence, the Asia Business Council and the Aspen Strategy Group.

Dominic is a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, is Chairman of the International Advisory Committee to the President of South Korea on National Future and Vision and recently became a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board's International Advisory Council. In 2009 he was awarded the Magnolia Gold Prize by the Shanghai Government for his outstanding contributions to the city's development. In 2011, Dominic was selected for a INSEAD Business Leader for the World Award. Dominic is also named in the National Association of Corporate Directors list of 100 most influential people in corporate governance and the Boardroom. Dominic was made a Rhodes Trustee in April 2010 and is an Honorary Fellow at Brasenose College, Oxford.



Robert S. Kapito, President and Director, BlackRock
Robert S. Kapito is President and a Director of BlackRock, a premier provider of global investment, risk management, and advisory services. BlackRock currently manages over $3 trillion AuM across equity, fixed income, real estate, liquidity and alternative strategies. Through BlackRock Solutions, the Firm provides risk management and enterprise investment services for approximately $10 trillion AuM.

Mr. Kapito is currently a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee, Chairman of the Global Operating Committee, and Chairman of the Americas Executive Committee. He is responsible for day-to-day oversight of all BlackRock's key operating units including Portfolio Management, Alternative Investment, Global Client Group, Risk & Quantitative Analysis and BlackRock Solutions. Mr. Kapito is also a Director of iShares Inc. Prior to founding BlackRock in 1988, Mr. Kapito was a Vice President in the Mortgage Products Group at The First Boston Corporation, which he joined in 1979.

Mr. Kapito serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean's Advisors. He is also President of the Board of Directors for the Hope & Heroes Children's Cancer Fund and President of the Board of Directors for Periwinkle Theatre for Youth, a national non-profit arts-in-education organization. Mr. Kapito is the recipient of 2009 Joseph Wharton Leadership Award and the 2010 Semper Fidelis Award from the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation. He is a frequent public speaker on best practices in investment management.



Domenico Siniscalco, Vice Chairman, Morgan Stanley and Chairman of Assogestioni
Domenico Siniscalco joined Morgan Stanley in 2006, where he currently serves as Head of Italy and Head of Government Coverage EMEA. Since 2010, Mr. Siniscalco has also been acting as President of Assogestioni, the Italian asset management industry association with over 1 trillion Euro in AuM represented. From July 2001 to July 2004, he was Director General of the Italian Treasury and then became Italy’s Minister of Economy & Finance, a position he held until September 2005. In this capacity, Mr. Siniscalco was also a member of the European Council of Economy and Finance Ministers, member of the G7/G8, and Governor of the IMF. Mr. Siniscalco (PhD in Economics, Cambridge) taught at the universities of Cambridge, Louvain la Neuve, Johns Hopkins, and Torino. He also served for several years as lead author of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2008)).
